Terms of Service

1. Service overview

Looksona ("we") provides personal-image analysis based on the selfies you upload, including color season detection, face shape identification, hair / makeup / outfit recommendations, and a downloadable share card.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 16 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent.
• The selfies you upload are of yourself, or of someone who has authorized you.
• You will not upload illegal, obscene, violent, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to.

3. Plans & pricing

• The free report is permanently free.
• The full report is a quarterly subscription at $4.99 USD (or local equivalent), including the full analysis and re-test access for 3 months.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card data.
• Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal — no further charges.

4. Refund policy

If within 14 days you have not downloaded the share card or screenshotted the report, you may request a full refund by emailing support@looksona.com. Reports that have been screenshotted, share cards that have been downloaded, or sessions reused multiple times are not eligible for refund — please understand our position on protecting digital goods.

5. What we are NOT

• Not medical advice or diagnosis.
• Not a judgment of your appearance or self-worth.
• Not a suggestion that you should buy, alter, or undergo any procedure.
• Not 100% accurate — AI detection is affected by lighting, filters, and device.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. The reports we generate are yours to share. The Looksona website, brand, UI, rule library, and prompt templates remain the property of Looksona.

7. Liability

We provide the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service (e.g., dissatisfaction with a haircut, post-purchase regret on clothing).

8. Changes & termination

We may adjust pricing, features, or sunset the service. Material changes are announced on this page or by email at least 14 days in advance.
